DHTML

DHTML (Dynamic HTML) is a grouping of technologies used to make dynamic web content, for instance web pages that the visitor can work together with like drop down menus, highlighting links when the mouse is moved over them, and so on etc. DHTML is not a standard described by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). It is simply a marketing term used to explain the technologies that newer browsers support. Generally it means a grouping of HTML (or XHTML), Style Sheets and JavaScript.
